Application
1) Advanced lubrication
2-octyl dodecanol dehydration with cyclopentadiene alkylation reaction in the hydrogenation, generate 2 - octyl dodecyl cyclopentane. It is a kind of new type of synthetic lubricants naphthene new products.
2) Surfactant
2-octyl dodecanol can be used as defoaming agent composition (detergents, hard surface cleaner, paper/leather production)
3) Personal Care
2-octyl dodecanol used for synthesis of 2-octyldodecyl myristate & Octyldodecyl stearoyl stearate. It is widely used for facial cleanser, cream, liquid cream formula.
4) Biological medicine
