Boron trifluoride etherate (CAS 109-63-7) is colorless or yellowish transparent liquid, with a pungent smell. May form explosive peroxides in contact with air or oxygen. Reacts exothermically with water to form extremely flammable diethyl ether and toxic, corrosive boron trifluoride hydrates. Also incompatible with bases, amines, alkali metals.

Applications
1) Boron trifluoride etherate is used for organic synthesis of alkylation and condensation reaction catalyst (such as butadiene rubber, polyformaldehyde, coumarone, synthetic resins, etc.)
2) Boron trifluoride etherate is used for manufacturing high-energy fuel boron hydrogen or boron isotope extraction of the basic raw material.
3) Boron trifluoride etherate also used as epoxy resin curing agent.
Packaging
200kg per steel drum;
Total 16MT per 20ft container with pallets (without pallets)
Storage
Keep container tightly closed. Keep container in a cool, well-ventilated area. Keep from any possible contact with water. Do not allow water to get into container because of violent reaction.
