Use
This product is a heat stabilizer for polyvinyl chloride, with excellent heat resistance and transparency, no sulfur pollution, and excellent long-term heat resistance, which can prevent the product from turning yellow during high-temperature processing.
This product is particularly suitable for hard and transparent products, with a high melting point that does not reduce the softening point and impact of hard products. The general dosage is 0.5-2%. When used in combination with barium soap or cadmium soap, it has a synergistic effect and can further improve stability. When used in combination with dibutyltin laurate, it can further improve the transparency and heat resistance of the product. When used in combination with epoxy compounds, it can reduce its tear inducing properties. The product lacks lubrication and has poor processing performance; Due to its volatility; Sometimes bubbles may occur during processing; Moreover, under the action of hydrogen chloride generated during heating, the product will be converted into fumarate ester, resulting in decreased compatibility with the resin and easy frost spraying. To overcome these shortcomings, many modified varieties have been developed.
