Phosphoric acid PHA 85% CAS 7664-38-2 or orthophosphoric acid is a common inorganic acid. It is a medium strong acid. The chemical formula is H3PO4 and the molecular weight is 97.994. Not easy to volatilize, not easy to decompose, almost no oxidation. It has the generality of acid. It is a ternary weak acid. Its acidity is weaker than hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid and nitric acid, but stronger than acetic acid and boric acid. It can be obtained by dissolving phosphorus pentoxide in hot water. Orthophosphoric acid is obtained by treating apatite with sulfuric acid in the industry. Phosphoric acid deliquesces easily in air. Heating will lose water to obtain pyrophosphoric acid, and then further lose water to obtain metaphosphoric acid. Phosphoric acid is mainly used in pharmaceutical, food, fertilizer and other industries, including raw materials and components of antirust agent, food additive, dental and orthopaedic surgery, EDIC corrosive agent, electrolyte, flux, dispersant, industrial corrosive agent, fertilizer and household cleaning products. It can also be used as a chemical reagent. Phosphate is the nutrition of all life forms.

Application

Agriculture: phosphoric acid is the raw material for the production of important phosphate fertilizer (calcium superphosphate, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, etc.) and feed nutrient (calcium dihydrogen phosphate).

Industrial: phosphoric acid is an important chemical raw material. Its main functions are as follows:

1. Treat the metal surface and form insoluble phosphate film on the metal surface to protect the metal from corrosion.

2. Mixed with nitric acid as chemical polishing agent to improve the finish of metal surface.

3. Phosphate ester is the raw material for the production of washing products and pesticides.

4. Raw materials for the production of phosphorus containing flame retardants.

Food: phosphoric acid is one of the food additives. As a sour agent and yeast nutrient in food, coke contains phosphoric acid. Phosphate is also an important food additive and can be used as a nutritional enhancer.

Medicine: phosphoric acid can be used to prepare phosphorus containing drugs, such as glycerol, sodium phosphate, etc.

Packing

25kg/plastic drum, 20mt/20"FCL.
