Trisodium Phosphate, also as TSP 98% CAS 7601-54-9 is a white crystal powder or granule which is very easily soluble in water but it is insoluble in ethanol or carbon disulphide. Its water solution appears to be alkalinity. Trisodium Phosphate includes anhydrous and dodecahydrate Trisodium Phosphate and food grade and technical grade. Food grade Trisodium Phosphate is anhydrous but technical grade Trisodium Phosphate includes its anhydrous and dodecahydrate. It has a wide application such as food additive for fermentating and drink process, etc.
