Glycidyl CAS 556-52-5, also known as epoxy propyl alcohol, 2, 3 - epoxy-1-propanol, glycerol ether. With water, ether and toluene, chloroform, low carbon alcohol and miscibility, insoluble in aliphatic or alicyclic hydrocarbon.

Applications

1. Glycidyl used as epoxy thinners, plastic and fiber modifier, halogenated hydrocarbon stability agent, food preservation agent, fungicide, desiccant cooling system and aromatics extraction agent, etc. Glycidyl derivatives is resin, plastic, medicine, pesticide and fertilizer and other industrial raw materials.

2. Glycidyl also used as the epoxy reactive diluent, resin and fibre modification agent, containing protein food preservation agent, drugs and beer fungicide, etc.

3. Glycidyl used as a natural oil and vinyl polymer, stabilizing agent, demulsifier, dyeing layered agent used in surface coating, chemical synthesis, fungicide, etc.
